So we all know when we get that overwhelmed feeling of rage. The kind of rage where you just know you are going to have some kind of meltdown. Things sometimes just get too much and when we have an extreme outburst of these emotions and feelings, how do we manage it?
Well, I’ve put together inside this episode the 2 things you can do which help you learn how to manage yourself during a break down, before, during or after. Also, please note with this advice you might not nail it the first time and that’s okay.
The trick is to start to notice yourself and be aware of the changes in your body. After each time, with this added awareness you will get better at managing breakdowns. Just keep at it.
